What Does It Take to Be a Distributor?

WHOLESALE TERMS:

	Minimum First Order $100 (no minimum on subsequent orders)
	No Proforma Orders Accepted
	Shipping & Handling: Estimate on orders prepaid by check or money order: $100 to $200 = $20; $201 to $300 = $25; $301 to $400 = $30; over $400 call for estimate
	Shipping & Handling: Visa & Master Card orders: actual shipping charges will be added to the invoice and your credit card will be charged on the day your order is shipped
	Delivery: Shipped UPS 4 to 6 weeks
	Backorders: All items not shipped will be backordered on your invoice and shipped ASAP.  If you wish not to use the backorder policy, we must be notified at the time of your order.
	Returns: Please check your order immediately upon receiving.  In the event of damaged merchandise, CONTACT UPS IMMEDIATELY.  Shortages, overages, incorrect item or damaged goods must be reported within 5 days of receipt of the shipment.  Customer will pay all shipping charges on returns unless the return is due to our error, in which case we will issue a UPS Call Tag.  No merchandise will be accepted after it has been in the possession of the customer for 20 days.
