The Trail Builders
This
trail system is being constructed under the leadership of Columbus
Area Recreational Trails,
Inc. CART is a S 501 (C) (3) non-profit organization. This group of
volunteers
envisions a series of human-powered transportation and recreation routes through
the community of Columbus, Nebraska. Lower Loup Natural Resources District
is a major sponsor of these trails.
Multi-Purpose Recreational Trails promote:
fun for youth
fitness for adults
tourism
safe
travel routes.
Friends of CART hold monthly meetings at 5:15 p.m. on the first Thursday of each month at Dusters Restaurant, 2804 13th Street in Columbus, Neb. PLEASE support our Master Plan for building trails in the Columbus area. To donate or to join, contact:
