The Kin Seekers have walked all the
cemeteries in the county and periodically retrace and update
them. From these outings, Cemetery Books have been
compiled and are available through the
Nebraska State Genealogical Society's Sales Catalog .
Individuals are free to look at these books in our library at
the the Platte County Museum.
Obituaries from clipping
of area newspapers have been compiled and are available at the PVKS's
library. You can search for an obituary by name on the Internet
at the
Columbus Search Page . From your confirmed search list,
we can supply you with copies of the newspaper clipping(s). |
