New Business

Non-profit registration is due for renewal. Rich A. will fill out the form and turn in.

A motion was made and carried to approve medals instead of plaques for tournament awards this year. Samples were looked at and voted on.
 

Youth archery class will begin this Saturday January 10th at 1p.m. If you have any question e-mail Doug Wiegand at dmwiegand@neb.rr.com

Tree cutting will take place on January 17th. Volunteers are needed, we will meet at Sapp Bros. at 7:00 a.m.

3-D tournament set-up/work detail. We cannot stress enough the need for volunteers to help with set-up and help during the tournament. We need a team effort to make this tournament a success and also keep our membership fee at such a low cost.  We will start set-up at Ag Park on Monday evening January 19th and continue every evening until complete.

 Open time slots for working shooting lines are as follows:

300/360 target- Friday 7:00 p.m.; Saturday 2:00p.m. and 7:00 p.m.; Sunday 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m.

3-D- Saturday 9:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.; Sunday 8:00 a.m. and 1:00p.m.
