Contributions, Donations & Volunteerism:

• The museum's collections consist of artifacts donated by the public.  The museum actively accepts donations and contributions.  The public is welcomed to join our society and volunteer as a tour guide. Knowledge of our community, as well as an appreciation of its material culture, are benefits to enjoy.

• The Platte County Historical Society has an ongoing project to digitize all of the original photos and documents in their possession to assure preservation for years to come.  Volunteers are needed to accomplish this task.  Call 402-564-1856 or 402-564-6580 for more information.

Bequests:

• Bequests provide funding for our operational expenses, special events, and the care and conservation of artifacts.

Memorials:

• Displays can be dedicated to the memory of a loved one with the installation of a permanent memorial plaque.
