What Can We Offer You?

You will be pleasantly surprised to find such a nice lodging facility in a small town.  Park at the door of any of our 34 guaranteed clean, ground-level rooms.  Most are non-smoking.  Choice of one or two beds with extra-long doubles, queens or a king.  All one-bed rooms have comfortable rocker recliners.  37 channels of cable TV to choose from.  Data port phones allow you to keep in touch with the rest of the world, if you must.  Free local calls.  Sorry, no pets.

DUNES MOTEL CANCELLATION & RESERVATION POLICIES

Reservations may be made with a valid credit card from any of the following organizations: Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express.  At the time the reservation is made, the cardholder will be given a confirmation number and a cancellation date.  The cancellation date is normally 4 p.m. of the day before arrival.  Cancellation dates may be earlier for special events as defined by management, and the customer will be notified accordingly at the time the reservation is made.  Reservations may only be made for rooms the cardholder actually intends to use and pay for with the card used for the reservation.  Rooms may not be held for other parties who intend to pay for their own rooms.  Those parties should make their reservations individually.

Cancellations made prior to the cancellation date will receive a full refund.  Those cancellations made after the cancellation date will be charged accordingly.

Some events have a "two-day requirement".  If the cardholder desires to cancel part of the reservation, the cardholder will lose his priority and be placed on a waiting list until rooms are released for general reservations.  Customers will be advised of a "two-day requirement" at the time of the reservation.

DUNES MOTEL SAFETY & SECURITY POLICIES

For liability and security reasons, the cardholder must register all guests at the time of check-in.  If the number of guests is misrepresented, extra charges will apply or the guests will be required to vacate the premises without refund.  There is ample parking for all registered guests.  However, all guest vehicles must be registered at the time of check-in.  Those guests with multiple vehicles may be given alternate parking assignments away from their rooms.

The management wishes all of our guests a pleasant stay, and in that interest reserves the right to terminate occupancy without refund for guests who offend or disturb their neighbors.

DUNES MOTEL PET POLICY

The Dunes Motel is a "people-friendly" property and does not expose our guests to animal allergens.  Pets are absolutely not allowed.  Guests who violate this policy will be subject to special cleaning and/or damage fees at the discretion of management, and will also be required to vacate the premises without refund.

DUNES MOTEL WIRELESS INTERNET ACCESS

The Dunes Motel is proud to provide wireless Internet access to our guests without charge.
