      Slaughter cows and bulls steady on Saturday with a top bull of $80.00 weighing
2220#. Majority of the bulls brought from $65 to $75.  Slaughter cows brought from
$55 to $62.50. Thinner lower yielding cows brought from $45 to $54. Shelly cows 
brought from $35 to $44
     Friday morning sold 121hd of butchers and sows. Butchers brought from $46.50
to $51.50. Sows over 500# brought from $49 to $53. Sows under 500# brought from
$39.50 to $49.75.
     Bred cow and heifer sale Wednesday: Bred Heifers trend from $1025.00 to
$1180 the heifers were weighing from 1068# to 1104#. 2nd calf Heifers brought 
from $$1175 to $1225 heifers were weighing from 1173# to 1160#. 5yr old cows
brought from $1100 to $1150. SM Cows brought from $775 to $850. BM Cows
brought from $485 to $660.
